RPSC Librarian Grade II Exam Date: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has declared the official date of Librarian Grade II Exam 2025. This exam will be conducted on 16 February 2025 (Sunday) under the Secondary Education Department. The exam will be conducted in two different shifts, in which the first shift will run from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and the second shift will run from 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm.
The Commission has expressed the necessity of strictly following the punctuality and guidelines regarding the conduct of this examination. All the candidates will have to reach the examination center at least one hour before the examination day. No candidate will be allowed to enter the center after the examination starts. Strict security arrangements will be implemented at the examination center, so that the fairness of the examination is maintained.
RPSC Librarian Grade II Exam Date
Candidates appearing for the Librarian Grade II exam to be held on 16 February 2025 will be given special facility by the commission. Each candidate will be given additional 10 minutes to solve the question paper, so that they can fill their OMR sheet correctly and avoid any kind of error.
The commission has appealed to all the candidates to reach the examination center on time so that there is no hindrance in their identity verification and security check. ID verification and admit card of all the candidates will be checked before entering the examination hall.
RPSC Librarian Grade II Admit Card Release Date and Download Process
Candidates appearing for RPSC Librarian Grade II Exam 2025 can download their admit card from 13 February 2025. Admit cards will be available through the official website of the commission and SSO portal.
To download the admit card, candidates have to enter their application number and date of birth. After logging in to the SSO portal, the admit card related to the exam can be obtained by going to the “Recruitment Portal” section.
The commission has clarified that it will be mandatory for all candidates to bring a colour printout of their admit card. Without this, they will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
Exam Centre Required Documents or Identity Proof
It will be mandatory for the candidates to bring their valid identity card during the examination. This should include any one of the documents like driving license, passport, voter ID or Aadhar card.
The candidate’s photo and details should be clearly visible on the identity card. If the photo on the identity card is found to be old or unclear, the candidate will have to show a valid document with a new and clear photo. Apart from this, it has been made mandatory to affix a recent colour photo on the admit card as well.
Discipline and Prohibition Rules in Exams
The Commission has issued special instructions to tighten security at the examination centres. Any unfair means or attempt to cheat during the examination is strictly prohibited.
If any candidate is found violating the rules of the examination, he/she will be disqualified from the examination and may be debarred from appearing in any examination conducted by the Commission in future.
