RSMSSB Data Entry Operator Recruitment 2025: Notification of bumper recruitment has been issued in National Health Mission and Medical and Health Department of Rajasthan. The official advertisement of Rajasthan Data Entry Operator Recruitment 2025 was released by the Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) on 28 January 2025. Both female and male candidates can apply in this recruitment.

Rajasthan Data Entry Operator Recruitment Form Dates

Rajasthan Data Entry Operator Recruitment is being conducted to fill 177 vacant posts. Applications for this recruitment will start from 18 February 2025 and the last date for application has been kept till 19 March 2025.

In this recruitment, candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and computer typing test. Negative marking has been implemented in the examination, under which 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer. The examination will be of total 500 marks, in which 150 multiple choice questions (MCQs) will be asked. Candidates will have to score at least 40% marks to pass.

Under this recruitment, 148 posts have been reserved for Non-Scheduled Area and 29 posts for Scheduled Area.

Rajasthan Data Entry Operator Form Fee

• For general category candidates: ₹600
• For SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS categories: ₹400

RSMSSB Data Entry Operator Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• It is mandatory for the candidate to have passed graduation from any recognized institute.
• The candidate must have 1 year Diploma in Computer Application or PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application) or “A” Level / “B” Level DOEACC Certificate.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute in Hindi and English is mandatory.

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years (calculated as on 1st January 2026)
• Age relaxation will be given to reserved categories as per government rules.

Data Entry Operator Recruitment 2025 Selection

The selection of the candidates will be done in four stages:

• Written Exam
• Typing Test (in Hindi & English)
• Document Verification
• Medical Examination

• The exam will be of 500 marks.
• A total of 150 questions will be multiple choice (MCQ).
• The time given for the exam will be 2 hours 30 minutes.
• Negative marking will be applicable, 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
