RSMSSB CET Graduation Level Score Card 2024: Rajasthan State Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has declared the result of Graduate Level Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2025. 11,64,726 candidates appeared in this examination, out of which 8,78,069 candidates have been declared qualified. This figure is about 75% of the total candidates. Candidates who have scored 40% or more marks in the examination have been declared successful.

According to the board, the score cards of the candidates who appeared in the examination will be released within one or two days. Candidates can check and download their results by visiting the official website of Rajasthan Staff Selection Board https://rssb.rajasthan.gov.in using SSO ID. This score card will be valid for one year, which candidates can use for various recruitment processes.

CET Exam In which recruitment will it be used?

There are 12 different government posts that will be recruited through the CET exam, including:

• Platoon Commander
• Jailer
• Hostel Superintendent Grade-II
• Junior Accountant
• Patwari
• Ziladar
• Gram Vikas Adhikari
• Supervisor (Male & Female)
• Tehsil Revenue Accountant

A record number of more than 13 lakh candidates had applied for this exam. The exam was conducted on 27th and 28th September 2024 at various exam centers in Rajasthan.

CET exam was not fully successful in its purpose?

Alok Raj, chairman of Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, admitted that the CET exam could not fully achieve its original objective. He said that there have been some shortcomings in the examination system, including the removal of negative marking or not making the minimum qualifying percentage more than 40%.

Board Secretary Dr. Bhag Chand Badal also admitted that despite 8,78,069 out of 11,64,726 candidates appearing in the exam being successful, the basic spirit of the exam remained incomplete somewhere. This clearly indicates that there is a need to improve this examination system in the future.

What changes are possible in CET exam Graduation Level?

The chairman of the board said that possibilities of changes in the examination system are being considered in the future. He said that suggestions have been given to the personnel department to make the examination system more effective. For example:

• If a candidate clears the Graduate CET exam, he/she will not be required to appear for the Secondary CET exam.
• A rule can be made to declare a certain percentage of candidates appearing in the exam as qualified.
• Negative marking can be reintroduced to produce more balanced and fair results.
• The cut-off percentage can be increased to more than 40% to select deserving candidates more effectively.

Now that the result of the exam has been released, the successful candidates should be ready for the upcoming recruitment processes. Recruitment related notifications will be released soon by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board.
