RSMSSB 4th Grade New Syllabus 2025: Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released the syllabus and exam pattern for Rajasthan 4th Grade Recruitment 2025. This time there are recruitments for a total of 53,749 posts, making it one of the biggest recruitments ever. Rajsthan 4th Grade Exam Pattern 2025

Class IV recruitment exam will be conducted in Napoleon mode and time allotted for it will be 120 minutes (2 hours). A total of 120 multiple choice questions will be asked and the entire paper will be of 200 marks. Scrap marking will also be applicable in observation, in which 1/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

The exam will ask questions from General Hindi, General English, Maths, General Knowledge, History of Rajasthan, Geography, Science, Indian Constitution, Current Affairs and Computer. The details of different subjects and their marks distribution are given below:

General Hindi

हिंदी भाषा के महत्वपूर्ण विषयों में संज्ञा, सर्वनाम, क्रिया, विशेषण, तत्सम-तद्भव शब्द, संधि, उपसर्ग एवं प्रत्यय, पर्यायवाची- विलोम शब्द, वाक्य शुद्धि, मुहावरे-लोकोक्तियाँ, काल, वाक्यांश के लिए एक शब्द जैसे टॉपिक्स शामिल किए गए हैं। इसके अलावा, कार्यालयी पत्रों से जुड़े सवाल भी पूछे जा सकते हैं, जिनमें आधिकारिक पत्र, ज्ञापन, परिपत्र, निविदा, विज्ञप्ति, आदेश आदि शामिल हैं।

General English

In this section, questions will be asked based on topics like Tenses, Active & Passive Voice, Direct & Indirect Speech, Sentence Transformation, Articles, Prepositions, Punctuation, Synonyms, Antonyms etc. Apart from this, translation of simple sentences from Hindi to English and English to Hindi will also be a part of the exam.

Geography, History and Culture of Rajasthan

Topics like climate, soil, vegetation, major rivers, irrigation projects, drainage system, natural resources, population distribution, literacy rate, transportation system are included in the geographical topics of Rajasthan.

In history and culture, questions can be asked on topics like integration of Rajasthan, freedom struggle, important personalities, folk deities, folk literature, dialects, major fairs and festivals, folk dances, architecture, famous tourist places, etc.

Indian Constitution And Administrative System

This section of the Constitution covers important topics such as Introduction to the Constitution, Fundamental Rights, Governor, Chief Minister, Cabinet, Legislative Assembly, Judiciary, District Administration, Right to Information Act.

General Science

In this, questions will be asked on topics like chemical and physical changes, metals-nonmetals, human body structure, genetics, light reflection, biodiversity, major diseases and their causes.

Current Affairs and Basic Computer

This section will include politics, sports, economy, socio-geographical events, environmental issues, national and international events. Whereas, in the basic computer section, questions will be asked from topics like hardware, software, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet, email.

Mathematic

Mathematics topics will include topics like profit-loss, percentage, average, ratio-proportion, time-work, time-speed-distance, simple and compound interest, statistical calculations, data presentation by graphs and pictures.
