Rajasthan 4th Grade Syllabus: If you are looking for a government job in Rajasthan, then Class IV Employee Recruitment 2025 has brought great opportunities for you. Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has started the application process for recruitment to 53,700+ posts. 10th pass candidates can apply online for this recruitment till 19 April 2025.
This exam will be very important for the candidates preparing for government jobs. According to the official exam calendar, the Class IV recruitment exam will be conducted between 18 to 21 September 2025. Therefore, candidates should not only complete the application process on time but also understand the exam pattern and syllabus thoroughly.
Rajasthan 4th Grade Syllabus & Exam Pattern
In this exam, 120 questions will be asked for a total of 200 marks. All the questions will be multiple choice and negative marking will also be applicable. 1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours, so it is very important to focus on time management and practice.
RSMSSB 4th Grade Syllabus Topics Asked in Exam
1. General Hindi
इस भाग में व्याकरण से जुड़े सवाल पूछे जाएंगे, जैसे संज्ञा, सर्वनाम, क्रिया, विशेषण, तत्सम-तद्भव शब्द, संधि, उपसर्ग-प्रत्यय, पर्यायवाची-विलोम शब्द, मुहावरे और लोकोक्तियां। इसके अलावा, कार्यालयी पत्र लेखन से जुड़े प्रश्न भी शामिल किए जाएंगे।
2. General English
More attention will have to be paid to questions like tense, voice, speech, writing error correction, correct usage of words and English to Hindi translation.
3. Geography of Rajasthan
In this section, questions related to the geographical features of the state will be asked. Questions related to the location, climate, soil, drainage system, vegetation, irrigation projects, population distribution and transport system of Rajasthan can come in the exam.
4. History, Art and Culture of Rajasthan
Questions related to the history of Rajasthan, role in the freedom struggle, language, folk literature, costumes, folk deities, fairs and festivals, architecture, folk dance and music and major tourist places will be included in this section.
5. Indian constitution and administrative system
In this section, questions related to the Constitution, Governor, Chief Minister, Cabinet, Legislative Assembly, Judiciary, District Administration and Right to Information Act will be asked.
6. General Science
This section of science will contain questions related to physical and chemical changes, metals-nonmetals, laws of light, genetics, human body structure, major human diseases and waste management.
7. Current Affairs
Questions related to politics, sports, economy, environment, social issues, national-international events and technical field will come in this section.
8. Computer knowledge
Computer related questions will include questions related to hardware, software, operating system, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, email and other office applications.
9. Mathematic
In Mathematics, questions related to HCF-LCM, average, percentage, profit-loss, simple and compound interest, ratio-proportion, time, speed and distance, data interpretation can come in the exam.
