KVS Recruitment 2025 Form Fee
To apply in this recruitment candidates have to pay application fee as per category wise.
- The application fee for General and OBC category candidates has been fixed at ₹1000.
- The application fee for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates will be ₹500.
- Female candidates are completely exempted from the application fee.
KVS Recruitment 2025 Age Limit
Different maximum age limits have been prescribed for each post:
- The maximum age for Primary Teacher (PRT) should be 30 years.
- The maximum age for Graduate Teacher should be 35 years.
- The maximum age for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) should be 40 years.

KVS Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection of the candidates for this recruitment will be done in two stages:
- Written Exam – First, candidates will have to appear in a written exam in which questions related to general knowledge, teaching aptitude and subject-specific knowledge will be asked.
- Interview – Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for an interview. In this stage, the academic skills and teaching abilities of the candidates will be evaluated.
The candidates who qualify in the interview and written examination will be posted in Kendriya Vidyalayas.
KVS Recruitment 2025 Salary
Candidates selected in KVS Recruitment will get the pay scale as decided by the Government, which will vary according to their post.
- The salary for Primary Teacher (PRT) will be ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 per month.
- The salary for Graduate Teacher and Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) will be ₹47,600 to ₹1,51,100 per month.
- The salary for Post Graduate Teacher will be ₹21,250 to ₹27,500 per month.
Apart from this, the selected candidates will also get other allowances and benefits which are provided to the government employees.
