KVS Admission Form 2025: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is going to start the admission process for classes one to twelve soon. Like every year, this time also thousands of parents are waiting for the application process to get their children admitted to Kendriya Vidyalaya. It is estimated that KVS admission forms can be released in the month of February.

Applications for admission to class 1 will be accepted in online mode, while admission to other classes will be in offline mode. The application process for admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya will be completely based on merit and reservation system. KVS Admission Form

Admission to class one will be done through a lottery system. Forty students are admitted in each Kendriya Vidyalaya, but if the principal wishes, this number can be increased to fifty. However, now these seats have been increased to thirty-two, out of which eight seats are reserved for economically weaker sections (RTE).

Students from reserved categories are also given priority in admission by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. The reservation system is as follows:

• Fifteen percent seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC).
• Seven and a half percent seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribes (ST).
• Twenty-seven percent reservation has been given to Other Backward Classes (OBC).
• Three percent seats are reserved for physically handicapped students.

KVS Admission For Eligibility

There are certain conditions that need to be fulfilled for admission in Kendriya Vidyalaya. The students applying must follow the following eligibility criteria:

• The student must be an Indian citizen. However, if a foreign national is residing in India, he/she can also apply for admission.
• The age of the student should be minimum six years and maximum eight years for admission in class one.
• The age for admission in other classes will be determined as per KVS rules.

The following documents will be required to complete the application process:

• Birth certificate of the student
• Passport size photograph
• Caste certificate for reserved category
• EWS or BPL certificate (if applicable)
• Residence certificate
• Aadhaar card of parents
• Service certificate if a government employee

KVS Admission Form Filling Process

• First of all, visit the official website of KVS and click on New Registration.
• Now complete your registration by filling the required details.
• After this, go to the login section of the website and login with your registration number and password.
• After logging in, the KVS Admission Form will open, which you have to fill carefully.
• After filling the form, scan and upload the student’s photo and birth certificate.
• Now double-check all the information and submit the form.
• After submitting the form, you will get an application number, which should be kept safe for future.
• This number will be required for the merit list and other admission processes.
