KVS Admission 2025: Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission Class 1 Registration Start, Check Eligibility Document list and Rules

KVS Admission 2025-26: If you are planning to get your child admitted in Kendriya Vidyalaya (KVS), then there is an important news for you. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has officially announced the admission process for the session 2025-26. Online registration for the new session will start from 7 March 2025 and applications can be made till 21 March 2025. Class 1 Admission for Age Limit

For admission in class 1, the child’s age should be between 6 to 8 years. This age will be calculated on the basis of 31 March 2025. That is, if your child falls within this age limit, then he can apply this time.

Balvatika Admission for Rules

If you want to get your small child admitted in Balvatika (pre-primary), then you will have to select the right class according to his/her age.

• Balvatika-1: Children aged 3 to 4 years
• Balvatika-2: Children aged 4 to 5 years
• Balvatika-3: Children aged 5 to 6 years

Class 1 and Above Admission

Parents who want to get their children admitted in class 2 or above must note that admission will be given only on the basis of vacant seats. Application for this process will be done through offline mode, in which parents will have to go to the school and submit the application form. The date for submission of application has been fixed from 2 April 2025 to 11 April 2025.

Required Documents

Some important documents will be required for admission, which include:

• Child’s birth certificate
• SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable)
• Residence certificate
• Parents’ service certificate (with transfer details if they are government employees)
• Child’s passport size photo (2 copies)

How to apply for Kendriya Vidyalaya Admission 2025?

If you want to get your child admitted in class 1, then you have to apply online for this. The application process will be available on the official website of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan kvsangathan.nic.in and kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in.
