SSC CGL Result: Step-by-step guide on how and where candidates can check results and download marksheets

SSC CGL Result: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the final result of SSC MTS Havildar Recruitment 2024. A total of 11,469 candidates have been successful in this examination. Out of these, 8,047 candidates have been selected for MTS posts, while 3,422 candidates have been selected for the post of Havildar. The candidates who have passed the exam will now have to appear for the document verification process.

All the candidates who were waiting for their result can now check it by visiting the official website of SSC, ssc.gov.in. The result is available in PDF format, which contains the names and roll numbers of the selected candidates. The result link was activated on the official website late night.

When was the SSC MTS 2024 Exam held?

SSC conducted the computer-based examination for Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havildar (CBIC and CBN) posts from 30 September 2024 to 14 November 2024 at examination centers across the country. After this, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET/PST) for Havildar posts was conducted from 5 to 12 February 2025. Out of the total candidates who appeared in this exam, only 20,959 candidates were successful.

Which Candidates’ Results Were Withheld?

SSC has informed that the result of 179 candidates has been withheld. Apart from this, 504 candidates were declared ineligible for various reasons and have been excluded from the recruitment process. 198 disabled candidates failed to meet the required disability criteria for Havildar posts, due to which they were not included in the selection list.

Now the successful candidates will soon be called for document verification. After this process, the candidates will be issued appointment letters in the allotted departments and their joining process will start.

SSC CGL Final Result

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the final result of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam. Candidates can check their result on the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in. A total of 18174 candidates have been selected for 18174 vacancies. Out of the selected candidates, 7567 are from the unreserved category, 1718 from the EWS category, 2762 from the SC category, 1606 from the ST category and 4521 from the OBC category.

The SSC CGL Tier 2 exam was conducted on January 18, 19, 20 and 31, 2025. Through this recruitment process, recruitment will be done for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Income Tax Inspector, Excise Inspector and Auditor.

Section III and Typing Test of the candidates who met the cut-off of the SSC CGL Main Exam were examined. There were 88051 such candidates.
