Anganwadi centers are an important initiative of the government to deal with challenges like malnutrition, health and education in rural and urban areas of the country. As an Anganwadi Supervisor, you will play an important role in the effective operation of these centers. Anganwadi Recruitment 2025 Notification

Applications have been invited for 660 posts for Anganwadi Supervisor Recruitment in Madhya Pradesh. To take advantage of this golden opportunity, 12th pass candidates can apply online from 9 January to 23 January. Both men and women can apply in this recruitment. After the application, a written examination will be conducted on 28 February in which the qualification and skills of the candidates will be tested.

Special attention has been given to women in this recruitment. 10 posts have been set for female Anganwadi supervisors under limited direct recruitment backlog and 9 posts for open direct recruitment backlog. Similarly, 321 posts have been set for female Anganwadi workers under limited direct recruitment and 288 posts for open direct recruitment. 32 posts are reserved for male supervisors under open direct recruitment.

Anganwadi Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

• It is mandatory to have passed 12th class from a recognized board.
• Along with passing 12th, one must have at least 5 years of work experience in the relevant field.
• It is necessary to have a graduation degree from a recognized university.

Anganwadi Supervisor Salary

• The selection process will consist of written test, interview, and document verification.
• The written test will consist of questions related to general knowledge, logical aptitude, and child development.
• Personality, knowledge, and experience will be assessed during the interview.
• The exam will be held on 28 February 2025 in two shifts:
• 1st Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
• The reporting time at the exam center is set 2 hours before the commencement of the exam.

Anganwadi Supervisor Salary

The salary structure for Anganwadi assistants and supervisors is determined according to their post. Employees working on the assistant post are paid a salary of around ₹ 8,000 to ₹ 12,000 per month. At the same time, the monthly salary for the supervisor post has been fixed from ₹ 15,000 to ₹ 18,000. This salary structure is decided on the basis of the responsibilities and experience of the post, which gives proper incentives to the employees for their contribution.
